It seems that Google are taking note that their store is a bit behind the likes of Apple’s and Amazon’s and have created gift cards for Google Play. They come in what looks like $10 and $25 (No non-US pricing known) variants and look like this:
They are branded with the Google Play logo and a slogan that reads: “Music Movies Books Apps & More”. It shall be rather interesting to see what these gift cards will look like next to the likes of iTunes and Amazon gift cards but we shall have to wait and see.
We don’t know when these cards will be released but I should think sometime before the holiday season.
