Google Play Gift Card Target Memo (Source: Android Police)
Images of the rumoured Google Play gift cards surfaced last week and according to a memo, they should be hitting shelves on the 26th August.
A new Target internal memo acquired byAndroid Police suggests that Aug. 26 will be the first day that you can pick them up.
The memo states that the gift cards in checkout lanes at Target stores are getting reset this week, but two pegs will be left open for the Google Play gift cards as they are not allowed to be on sale. On the 26th of August, stores will be able to add the gift cards to the racks so people can purchase them.
